Make Up Days
Make up days are offered for missed classes. We will allow 2 make up days within the session you are registered for. You may not schedule a make up during the first week of the session. Make ups are scheduled in the main office. No credit will be given if you choose to not make up or if you are unable to make up within the same session. You may not make up in a class that is full. Make ups are at the discretion of MGTC office management and must be scheduled through the office only.
Withdrawing From A Class
If you withdraw from a class for any reason, please notify the gym so that your child's spot can be filled. NO TUITION REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A CHILD PARTICIPATES IN A CLASS.
Private Lessons
We do offer private lessons if a coach is available. The lesson must be scheduled with the office and a consent form must be completed by the parent.
Tuition
Your tuition is due when you register for class. Payments MUST be paid in full and can be made at the main office, by phone or through the parent portal. All returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00
Class Observations
Parents and guests are always welcome to observe class from the balcony area; however please do not communicate with your child during class time. This is a distraction and a safety issue. There is no running or horseplay in the viewing area. Siblings are not allowed in the Tumble Time area. The bathroom upstairs is for Tumble Time students only.
Membership Fee
All students must pay a $50.00 non-refundable family membership fee. Membership fees are good for one year. Your membership fee will provide you discounts on Drop-In gymnastics, birthday parties and special events.
Inclement Weather Policy-Closures
Due to inclement weather, class may be cancelled. Please watch our Facebook page and our website for updates. We will attempt to do a make up class but they are NOT guaranteed. We may text you in an emergency if we need to notify families immediately due to weather.
